Email Integration

Get blockchain alerts delivered straight to your inbox. Perfect for teams that need a reliable, always-on notification channel that doesn't depend on Slack or third-party services.

Setting Up

1

Create an Email Channel

Go to Channels in the dashboard and create a new channel of type Email.

2

Add Recipients

Add one or more email addresses. You can add individual team members or a group alias like [email protected].

3

Assign to Detections

When creating or editing a detection, select your email channel. You can assign the same detection to multiple channels — for example, both Slack and email for critical alerts.

What You Receive

Alert emails include:

Severity badge — color-coded (Critical / High / Medium / Low) in the subject line and email body

Detection name — which detection triggered the alert

Transaction details — contract address, event name, decoded arguments, block number

Direct links — one-click links to the block explorer transaction and to the alert detail in your dashboard

Tips

Use group aliases — send to a team distribution list so the right people are always notified, even when individuals are OOO

Combine with Slack — use email as a backup channel for critical detections, so alerts get through even if Slack is down

Set cooldowns wisely — email is harder to skim than Slack, so use longer cooldowns for noisy detections to avoid inbox overload
